Terms & conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026

The short version

Use the extension for lawful purposes, respect DeepSeek's own terms, and don't abuse the service. Paid plans renew until you cancel; the lifetime plan is a one-time payment.

Who we are

DeepSeek Export is an independent browser extension operated by the developer reachable at tarasov.slavas2002@gmail.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeek. By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to these terms.

What the extension does

The extension adds an export control to the DeepSeek chat interface so you can save conversations as PDF, Word, or Markdown, keeping math, code, and images intact. It runs locally in your browser; your conversations are read and converted on your own device.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the extension and website only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of the services it works with. In particular, you agree not to:

  • use the extension in a way that breaches DeepSeek's own terms of service;
  • infringe copyright or other rights, or redistribute content you are not permitted to use;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or circumvent usage limits or billing;
  • resell, sublicense, or present the extension as your own product.

Plans and billing

The extension offers a free tier with a limited number of monthly exports, and paid Pro plans (monthly, yearly, and a one-time lifetime plan) that remove that limit. Current prices are on the pricing page and are in US dollars.

  • Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • The lifetime plan is a single one-time payment with no recurring charges.
  • We may change prices or plan features going forward; changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

Third-party services

The extension works on top of DeepSeek, which is operated independently and governed by its own terms and policies. We do not control that service and are not responsible for changes it makes that affect how the extension works.

Availability and changes

We provide the extension and website on a best-effort basis and may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Because the extension depends on DeepSeek's pages, changes on their side may temporarily or permanently affect functionality.

Disclaimer & liability

The extension and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the extension or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the date above. Continuing to use the extension or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
