Try before you buy
The extension has a free tier so you can test PDF, Word, and Markdown exports before paying. We encourage you to use it first to confirm the extension does what you need.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no complicated hoops.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal charge.
- You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancelling stops the next charge, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Outside the 14-day window, we don't refund partial or unused portions of a billing period, but you keep access until it ends.
Lifetime plan
The one-time lifetime plan can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days it is non-refundable, since it grants permanent access.
When a refund may be declined
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or a request made well outside the windows above. We handle every request fairly and in good faith.
How to request a refund
Email tarasov.slavas2002@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, or with your order/receipt details. Tell us which plan you bought and, if you like, why it didn't fit. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which it does not limit.
